Our team has always been passionate about the culture we have built within our company. However, it is also immensely important to us that we bring this same culture and passion to our surrounding community. There always exists an opportunity to make a difference in the life of someone who just needs a little bit of help to get back on track. It’s comforting to know there are people in your community on which you can depend. We do not consider ourselves to be a one-dimensional entity in business, and that is why we value the opportunity to contribute and change lives.

The core group of our organization met and forged friendships during our time at Ryerson University. Situated in close proximity to our school was Covenant House. This organization is focused on assisting youth who need a helping hand and a buoyed spirit in the midst of difficult times. The strength of a community can be measured by the commitment of its citizens to aid those in need. We are acutely aware of the karmic understanding that any one of us could find ourselves in a situation like this; you simply never know the challenges life has in store.

Community building can be accomplished in the simplest of ways; it needn’t be a gargantuan undertaking of time or money to make a difference. We all struggle at times in life, and when you’re faced with these difficulties, wouldn’t you hope there would be someone on whom you could lean?

Covenant House – Canada’s largest homeless youth agency.

They work to help homeless youth move from a life on the street to a life with a future! AD FOOD DRIVE: This holiday season, AD will be organizing a food drive and donating the proceeds to Covenant House Toronto.

Covenant House Toronto has an urgent need for the following items:

Canned tuna, salmon, other canned meat, rice, pasta, crackers, cookies, cereals, pasta sauce/paste, canned vegetables/fruits, soup packages/cans, coffee, juice.

Covenant House Toronto is also in need of the following gift cards: Tim Hortons, McDonalds, Subway, Cineplex, Phone Cards, Harveys, and Burger King.
